摘要
高温气化技术是能源化工的龙头技术,具有原料适应性广、下游产业链丰富、操作灵活可靠的特点。通过回顾我国高温气化技术的发展历史,阐明在双碳背景下,原料劣质化和低碳化、用能电气化和采用新能源、新工艺开发、过程强化与系统集成、节水减污与循环经济、装备开发、智能化升级、基础研究与标准化等,是高温气化技术绿色、低碳发展的重要路径。指出高温气化技术为企业结构调整和产业升级提供了更多的选择,要大力攻关新能源与气化技术集成、一体化煤气化燃料电池等前瞻性技术,为高温气化技术的可持续发展奠定良好的基础。
High temperature gasification technology is the leading technology for energy and chemical industry because of its adaptability for various feedstocks,splendid downstream industry chain,and its flexibility and reliability of operation.This paper reviewed the development history of high temperature gasification technology in China,elaborated the challenges to achieve green and low carbon development under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,such as feedstock deterioration and low carbon content,using electricity as its energy resource,finding the new energy resource,new process development,process reinforcement and system integration,water saving and pollution reducing and recycle economy,equipment development,intellectualization updating,foundation research and standardization,etc.High temperature gasification technology will provide more choices for enterprises to adjust industrial structure and update the industrial grade.Technical development should be fostered on the foresight technologies,such as new energy integrated with gasification technology,and the integration of coal gasification with fuel cell technology,and to lay down the solid foundation for the sustainable development of high temperature gasification technology.
