摘要
整车氢安全是燃料电池汽车设计开发的重点和难点,文章通过对集成布置、结构设计、氢气逸散仿真及泄漏检测等方面的研究,形成了针对燃料电池汽车氢安全的集成设计方案,并完成针对车辆常规运行、紧急状态及远程健康检测的多级氢安全控制策略研究,建立了从整车集成设计到软件控制策略的全方位燃料电池汽车氢安全解决方案,并在多款车型中实现应用。
Hydrogen safety is the focus and difficulty of fuel cell vehicle design and develop⁃ment.Through the integration layout,structural design,hydrogen escape simulation,leak detection and other aspects of the study,an integrated design scheme for fuel cell vehicle hydrogen safety is formed,the vehicle routine operation,emergency and remote health detection of multi-level hydrogen safety control strategy research are completed,a comprehensive hydrogen safety solution for fuel cell vehicles from vehicle integration design to software control strategy is established,and has been ap⁃plied in a variety of vehicles.
