背景介绍:中国与马尔代夫虽然地理面积和经济体量相差很大,但双方建交以来,谱写了大国与小国之间相互信任,合作共赢的佳话。2014年以来,中国国家主席习近平与马尔代夫总统亚明数次互访,频繁的高层交流与读判中的双边自贸协定将进一步推动两国在经贸领城尤其是基础设施建设方而和民间层面的交流。
China and Maldives have had trade con tacts since an cie nt times.Diplomatic relations were establishes in 1972,but mainly due to geographic distanee,the trade comm uni cati on betwee n China and Maldives had not advaneed on large scale until around 2009-2010.According to China Customs Statistics,in 2014,the bilateral trade between the two countries reached US$104.4 million,among which China's export value was US$104 million,and import value,US$380,200.
