摘要
采用德尔菲法、层次分析法构建了“经济效益、社会效益、资源环境效益”3个维度33个指标的煤炭企业绿色发展水平评价体系,计算出相关指标权重并对影响因素进行分析。结果表明经济效益是核心竞争力,生产条件、盈利能力、机械化水平、煤炭储采比、研发投入、经济周期波动、原煤生产综合能耗、二氧化硫排放、环保指标等是影响煤炭企业绿色发展的重要因素。根据分析结果提出了煤炭企业绿色发展水平提高的建议。
The evaluation system of green development level of coal enterprises with 33 indicators in three dimensions of “ economic benefits, social benefits, resource and environmental benefits” is constructed by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, and the weight of relevant indicators is calculated and the influencing factors are analyzed. The results show that economic benefits are the core competitiveness, and production conditions, profitability, mechanization level, coal reserve and mining ratio, R&D investment,economic cycle fluctuations, comprehensive energy consumption of raw coal production, sulfur dioxide emissions, environmental protection indicators are important factors affecting the green development of coal enterprises. According to the analysis, the suggestions for improving the green development level of coal enterprises are put forward.
