摘要
共建“一带一路”为世界各国发展提供了新的机遇,也为省级农业科研院所深化农业科技国际合作提供了有利契机。文章以江西省农业科学院水稻研究所为例,分析了省级农业科研院所开展农业科技国际合作的优势,阐述了江西省农业科学院水稻研究所依托技术与人才优势开展国际合作的探索实践,并从积极拓宽对外交流渠道、与相关机构密切协作、加强复合型人才培养等方面提出了省级农业科研院所深化国际合作的对策与建议。
The joint construction of "the Belt and Road" has generated new opportunities for developing all participating countries. It has also provided provincial agricultural research institutes with great opportunities to expand international cooperation in agricultural science and technology. The Rice Research Institute, Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, has constructed an international agricultural cooperation platform with advantages. This article analyzed the advantages and experience of provincial agricultural research institutes in promoting international cooperation in agricultural science and technology, and suggested strengthening talent training and expanding international cooperation through integrating the institutes′advantages in agricultural techniques and resources.
