摘要
目的了解杭州市民营医院清洗消毒灭菌质量,为提高医院消毒管理水平提供依据。方法采用现场采样和监测方法,对杭州市48家民营医疗机构消毒质量进行监测与分析。结果杭州市48家民营医疗机构的消毒质量监测总体合格率为91.3%,不同项目消毒灭菌质量合格率存在差异。除医疗用水、口腔印模和污水合格率低于90%之外,其余监测项目的合格率均高于90%。结论杭州市民营医疗机构消毒质量整体较好,少数项目有待加强。
Objective To understand the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization in private hospitals in Hangzhou,and to provide basis for improving the level of hospital disinfection management.Methods Field sampling and monitoring methods were used to monitor and analyze the disinfection quality of 48 private medical institutions in Hangzhou.Results The overall qualified rate of disinfection quality monitoring in 48 private medical institutions in Hangzhou was 91.3%,and there were differences in the qualified rates of disinfection and sterilization quality among different items.Except that the qualified rates of medical water,oral impression and sewage were lower than 90%,the qualified rates of other monitoring items were all higher than 90%.Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of private medical institutions in Hangzhou is good,and a few projects need to be strengthened.
