摘要
探讨内固定术与全髋关节置换术在股骨颈骨折治疗中的应用价值。将2020年1月—2021年1月作为研究时间,选取该时段前往济南市章丘区中医医院治疗的股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,随机采集数据80例(n=80),以患者手术治疗方案为分组依据,分为等数两组(n=40),记作n1组(应用全髋关节置换术)与n2组(应用内固定术)。观察患者不同时期的髋关节评分、患者生存质量、患者围术期等指标。研究发现全髋关节置换在恢复股骨颈骨折患者髋功能的同时显著改善患者生存质量,因此可以进行广泛应用,值得推广。
To analyze the application value of internalfixation and total hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.From January 2020 to January 2021,80 patients with femoral neck fracture who went to Jinan Zhangqiu District Hospital of TCM for treatment were selected as the research objects,and the data were collected randomly(n=80).Based on the surgical treatment scheme of patients,they were divided into two equal groups(n=40),which were recorded as n1 group(total hip replacement)(internalfixation)and n2 group(internalfixation).The hip joint score,quality of life and perioperative period were observed.The study found that total hip replacement can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with femoral neck fracture while restoring the hip function,so it can be widely used and is worth promoting.
