摘要
针对矿井临空巷道掘进期间受冲击地压显现影响,巷道支护时常被破坏的问题,通过实验室实验、现场测试对煤岩扩容硬化及巷道围岩变形进行了分析计算,并采用松动圈理论和组合拱理论对锚杆(索)长度、直径及间排距、数量等支护参数进行优化设计,提高了巷道支护强度。经现场应用,巷道位移量、破坏程度及锚杆、锚索断裂数量均得到了很好的控制,巷道抗冲击能力得到显著提升。
In view of the problem that the roadway support was often damaged due to the impact of the ground pressure during the tunneling of the mine goaf roadway,the expansion and hardening of coal and rock and the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock were analyzed and calculated through laboratory experiments and field tests,and the support parameters such as the length,diameter,spacing and number of anchor rods(cables)were optimized by using the loose circle theory and the combined arch theory,which improved the roadway support strength.Through field application,the displacement,damage degree and the number of broken bolts and anchor cables of the roadway had been well controlled,and the impact resistance of the roadway had been significantly improved.
