摘要
本文建立了气相分子吸收光谱法测定水中高锰酸盐指数的方法,采用绘制标准曲线来测定未知水样的高锰酸盐指数。研究表明,0~5.00 mg/L高锰酸盐指数标准曲线线性相关系数为0.995以上,测定检出限(MDL)为0.22 mg/L;分析环境标准样品,其相对标准偏差均小于8%;用该方法测定不同浓度的标准样品和实际水样,并与国标方法(GB 11892-89)测定的结果进行F检验和t检验,结果显示2种分析方法的精密度与准确度无显著性差异。该方法在批量分析环境样品中具有一定优势。
This paper introduces the method of determining permanganate index by gas molecular absorption spectrometry,and determines the permanganate index concentration of unknown samples by drawing the standard curve of permanganate index.The linear correlation coefficient of 0~5.00 mg/L standard curve is above 0.995,and the detection limit(MDL)is 0.22 mg/L.The relative standard deviation is less than 8%by analyzing three environmental standard samples.The standard samples and actual water samples of different concentrations were determined by this method,and the results of F test and t test were compared with those of the traditional acid method of the national standard(GB 11892-89).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the precision and accuracy of the two analytical methods,and the two methods had the same precision.This method has certain advantages in batch analysis of environmental samples.
