摘要
醴陵千年来以瓷闻名,陶瓷产业至今仍是是醴陵地区特色支柱产业,经调研发现目前该地区陶瓷企业大多数选择使用天然气窑炉完成陶瓷烧制,电能替代潜力巨大。通过对比多种窑炉在技术实现、经济、环保、产品质量等方面的优劣,发现电窑炉技术在目前并不是大多数陶瓷生产企业的最优选择,其最为致命的短板就是能耗成本远高于天然气窑炉。目前电窑炉仅部分应用于电烤花和特种陶瓷、艺术瓷的烧制,在调研中也发现了电窑炉技术应用的成功案例。
Liling has been famous for porcelain for thousands of years,and the ceramic industry is still the characteristic pillar industry in Liling area.Through investigation,it is found that most of the ceramic enterprises in this area choose to use natural gas kilns to complete ceramicfiring,and there is great potential for electric energy substitution.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various kilns in terms of technology realization,economy,environmental protection and product quality,this paperfinds that the electric kiln technology is not the best choice for most ceramic production enterprises at present.The most fatal disadvantage is that its energy consumption cost is much higher than that of natural gas kiln.At present,electric kilns are only partially used in thefiring of electricflowers,special ceramics and artistic porcelain.Successful cases of the application of electric kiln technology have also been found in the investigation.
