摘要
纤维增强SiC基复合材料的连接一直是国内外材料研究的热点,本文围绕纤维增强SiC基复合材料在核工业中的应用,综述了纤维增强SiC基复合材料已经见诸报道的连接方法,具体介绍了扩散连接、瞬间液相连接、微晶玻璃钎焊和金属钎料钎焊等连接工艺,并就核用SiC基复合材料的连接存在问题及未来发展方向提出了几点思考。
The joining of fiber reinforced SiC-based composites has been a hot topic at home and abroad.The present work focuses on the application of SiC-based composites in the nuclear industry,and summarizes the reported joining methods of SiC-based composites,such as diffusion bonding,transient liquid phase bonding,glass-ceramic bonding,metallic brazing bonding,etc.Moreover,the existing problems and development direction of the SiC-based composite bonding for nuclear use are discussed.
