Research Progress of Grain Storage on Air Conditioning Temperature Control Technology and Nitrogen Filling Regulated Technology

摘要 作为传统农业大国,中国粮储发展历史悠久,1949年后国家始终坚持把粮食安全作为头等大事,但由于贮藏不当或贮藏技术落后,中国每年因微生物、虫害等造成的粮食损失较大,严重威胁着国家粮食贮藏安全,因此,大力发展和采用新型绿色储粮技术,减少粮储损耗意义重大。文章针对福建某省级粮食储备库空调控温储粮技术、充氮气调储粮技术的应用现状进行总结分析,依托校企合作平台,结合粮库储粮技术使用现状及仓储人员专业知识水平情况,提出今后粮库科技储粮发展方向,以期延缓粮食品质劣变,提升储粮品质。 As a traditional agricultural country,China’s grain storage has a long history of development.Since the founding of New China,the country has always insisted on food security as a top priority.However,due to improper storage or backward storage technology,China’s annual grain loss owing to microbe,pests and other factors,which seriously threaten to national grain storage security.Therefore,it is significant to vigorously develop and adopt new green grain storage technology to reduce grain storage loss.This paper summarized and analyzed the application status of air conditioning temperature control grain storage technology and nitrogen filled grain storage technology in a provincial grain reserve in Fujian Province.Relying on the school enterprise cooperation platform,combining with the current situation of grain storage technology use in grain depots and the level of professional knowledge of storage personnel,this paper put forward the development direction of scientific and technological grain storage in grain depots in the future,in order to delay the deterioration of grain quality and improve the quality of stored grain.
