摘要
宜昭高速公路(川滇界至彝良海子)项目是施工总承包管理模式,是四川省宜宾市至云南省昭通市的重要通道,项目主线全长42.960km,桥隧占比83.63%,设计时速80km/h,双向4车道。宜昭高速公路(川滇界至彝良海子)项目质量管理成果优秀。结合项目建设质量管理情况,研究施工总承包部管理模式质量管理。
Yizhao Expressway Project adopts the general construction contract management mode, which is an important passageway from Yibin City in Sichuan Province to Zhaotong City in Yunnan Province. The main line of the project is 42.96km long with 83.63% of the bridge and tunnel. The design speed is 80km/h and the two-way four-lane is used. The quality management results of Yizhao Expressway Project are excellent. Combining with the quality management of project construction, this paper studies the quality management mode of construction general contract department.
