摘要
线上评论往往蕴含着用户的消费偏好和需求,利用文本挖掘技术,可洞察用户需求。为了探究线上用户对于书桌的需求,通过某插件收集了某猫商城上销量排名前10的书桌的用户评论,对文本数据预处理之后,利用Python软件对其进行去停用词、分词、词性分析及关键词词频统计处理,运用LDA模型进行主题类聚分析,得到主题关键词语,并在此基础上挖掘用户需求。总结出线上用户对于书桌方面的需求主要集中在书桌的质量、做工、味道、材质、外观、稳定性、工艺、尺寸、颜色和风格方面;对于商家服务的需求方面主要体现在客服、服务、安装、物流、包装、快递和售后等方面。以期能够为线上书桌的设计提供有效的参考,帮助家具企业制定更精准的营销策略。
Online user comments often contain users’ consumption preferences and needs. Using text mining technology,we can have an insight into users’ needs. In order to explore the user’s demand for online sales desks,the user comments of the top 10 selling desks in Tmall were collected through a plug-in. After preprocessing the text data,python software was used to remove stop words,word segmentation,part of speech analysis and keyword word frequency statistical processing. The LDA model was used for topic clustering analysis to obtain the key words of the topic,On this basis,it explores the needs of users and summarizes the needs of users for desks,mainly focusing on the quality,workmanship,taste,material,appearance,stability,process,size,color and style of desks. The demand for business services is mainly reflected in customer service,service,installation,logistics,packaging,express delivery and aftersales,which will provide an effective reference for the design of online sales desks and help furniture enterprises formulate more accurate marketing strategies.
