摘要
社会是在矛盾运行中前进的,有矛盾就会有斗争,在斗争中要有效应对重大挑战、抵御重大风险,要科学全面地把握战略机遇。科学把握战略机遇和风险挑战是人类发展进步的通则,也是党和人民百年奋斗推进中华民族伟大复兴的重要经验;实现中华民族伟大复兴不是为了超越某个国家,而是要实现中华民族的自我超越和人类文明新的进步;新时代新征程上,我们要科学把握战略机遇和风险挑战,必须进行有准备的伟大斗争,准确识变、科学应变、主动求变,乘势而上、顺势而为,坚定历史自信、增强历史主动、创造历史伟业,在更高境界上奋力推进中华民族伟大复兴。
Society moves forward in the operation of contradictions, and there will be struggles when there are contradictions.In the struggle, we must effectively tackle major challenges and ward off major risks, and also seize strategic opportunities in a scientific and comprehensive manner. Scientific understanding of strategic opportunities and risks and challenges is a general rule of human progress and an important experience in achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. To achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is not to surpass a certain country, but to realize the self-transcendence of the Chinese nation and the new progress of human civilization. On the new journey of the new era, we must scientifically understand and evaluate the strategic opportunities and risks and challenges, and carry out a great struggle with preparation, accurately understand changes,scientifically adapt, to changes, actively seek changes, ride on the trend and follow the trend, firmly establish historical confidence,enhance historical initiative and make great achievements in history. Only with the above efforts, can we strive to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on a higher level.
