摘要
以粤之韭韭菜为试材,研究生物有机肥不同施用量对韭菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,施用生物有机肥能显著提高韭菜植株的茎粗、株高、叶宽、叶长、韭菜地上部和根的干、鲜重,降低韭菜含水量。500、1000 kg/667 m^(2)生物有机肥施用量处理均显著增加了韭菜产量,其增幅分别为93.70%、99.89%;增加了韭菜叶片的叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量;还可显著提高韭菜可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质等品质指标的含量,增幅分别为20.55%~40.35%、114.60%~191.89%。相关性分析表明,生物有机肥施用量与植株的株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、地上部及根部的干重和鲜重及地上部含水量、可溶性蛋白含量等生理指标呈显著正相关。综上,1000 kg/667 m^(2)生物有机肥施用量处理对于促进韭菜植株生长发育和改善其营养品质的效果较佳。
The effects of different application amount of bio-organic fertilizer on the growth and quality of leek(Allium tuberosum Rottl.ex Spr.)were studied.The results showed that compared with the control,the application of bio-organic fertilizer significantly increased the stem diameter,plant height,leaf width,leaf length,dry and fresh weight of shoot and root of leek,and reduce the water content of leek.The application rates of 500 kg/667 m^(2)and 1000 kg/667 m^(2)significantly increased the yield of leek,with an increase of 93.70%and 99.89%,respectively.The chlorophyll and carotenoid contents of leek leaves were increased.In addition,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein of leek were significantly increased by 20.55%~40.35%and 114.60%~191.89%,respectively.The correlation analysis showed that the application amount of bio-organic fertilizer had significantly positive correlation with plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,dry weight and fresh weight of shoot and root,water content and soluble protein content of shoot.In conclusion,the application rate of 1000 kg/667m^(2)of bio-organic fertilizer had a better effect on promoting the growth and development of leek plants and improving its nutritional quality.
