摘要
构建城镇化高质量发展与区域创新能力评价指标体系,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型及障碍度模型,定量测度成渝地区双城经济圈16个地市2011~2020年两系统的综合水平、耦合协调度水平及其时空演变特征和影响因素。结果显示:(1)2011~2020年成渝地区双城经济圈城镇化高质量发展水平和区域创新能力水平整体呈上升趋势,区域创新能力发展水平整体滞后于城镇化高质量发展水平;(2)2011~2020年两系统耦合协调度呈轻微上升趋势,总体处于轻度失调阶段,各地市间存在显著的空间差异,呈现出东西两极,中部塌陷的“U”型分布格局;(3)影响两系统耦合协调的主要障碍因子有教育财政支出、养老保险参保人数、实际利用外资、专利申请受理数等。
The evaluation index system of high-quality urbanization development and regional innovation capacity was constructed, and the entropy value method, coupling coordination degree model and obstacle degree model were applied to quantitatively measure the comprehensive level of the two systems, coupling coordination degree and their spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of 16 cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2011 to 2020. The results show that:(1) The level of high-quality development of urbanization and the level of regional innovation capacity in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2011 to 2020 show an overall rising trend, while the level of development of regional innovation capacity lags behind the level of high-quality development of urbanization as a whole;(2) From 2011 to 2020, the degree of coupling and coordination between the two systems shows a slight upward trend and is generally in a mildly dysfunctional stage, with significant spatial differences between cities and regions, showing a "U" shaped distribution pattern with two poles in the east and west and a collapse in the middle;(3) The main obstacles affecting the coupling and coordination of the two systems are the financial expenditure on education, the number of pension insurance participants, the actual utilization of foreign investment, the number of patent applications received, etc.
