摘要
100万t/a甲醇项目中选择合适的气化技术是极为重要的,它的运行优劣决定了后系统化工装置能否安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷运行。气化技术的选择原则中重要的一项就是气化炉和原料煤的适应性原则,只有适应煤种选择最优气化炉方案。本文对本项目所采用的航天气化炉进行合理优化。
It is extremely important to choose the appropriate gasification technology in the 1 million tons/year methanol project.Its operation determines whether the chemical device of the system can operate safely,steadily,long-cycle and at full capacity.An important one of the selection principles of gasification technology is the adaptability principle of gasifiers and raw coals.No gasifier can adapt to all coal types,and no coal species can adapt to all types of gasifiers.Only the optimal gasifier scheme for a certain coal type.Therefore,the aviation weather melting furnace used in this project should be reasonably optimized.
