摘要 为研究焦炭质量指标及微观结构对高炉顺行的影响,从焦炭指标、冷热强度及微观结构等几个方面对自产焦和外购焦进行了对比分析。外购焦相对自产焦无论熔损前后均表现为体密高、显气孔率低;外购焦熔损反应后表面流动状明显高于自产焦;自产焦表现为气孔较为均匀、差异性小,挥发分析出时冲破黏性较强的胶质体,胶质体的表面张力和流动度合适;在两者反应性和反应后强度均接近的情况下,自产焦气孔分布更均匀的、气孔率更高、不同焦炭颗粒之间物理指标差异更小。 In order to study the influence of coke quality index and microstructure on the smooth operation of blast furnace,the comparison and analysis of self-produced coke and purchased coke are made from coke index,cold and hot strength and microstructure.Compared with self-produced coke,purchased coke has high bulk density and low apparent porosity before and after melting loss.The surface fluidity of purchased coke after melting loss reaction is significantly higher than that of self-produced coke.Self-produced coke is characterized by relatively uniform pores and small differences.When volatilizing,it breaks through the colloid with strong viscosity,and the surface tension and fluidity of the colloid are appropriate.Under the condition that both reactivity and post-reaction strength are close,the self-produced coke has more uniform porosity distribution,higher porosity,and smaller difference in physical indicators between different coke particles.
