摘要
目的调查广州市医养结合养老服务需求,找出其在发展和实施过程中出现的问题,因地制宜地完善相关策略和措施,为促进医养结合养老服务的健康可持续发展提供理论依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对广州市320名老年人进行匿名问卷调查,通过Excel软件录入数据并运用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果年龄、文化程度、月收入、收入来源和居住情况与老年人医养结合养老服务需求相关(P<0.05)。老年人的自理能力、自身健康关注程度以及对医养结合养老服务的了解程度、是否参加相关活动及满意程度也是医养结合养老服务需求的影响因素(均P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示,文化程度、了解程度和满意度对老年人医养结合养老服务的需求有显著性影响,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年人最希望得到的医养结合养老服务项目为大病康复服务(63.3%),58.3%的老年人认为医养结合养老服务的费用较高。结论广州市老年人对医养结合养老服务的需求度较高,应进一步加强医养结合养老服务的发展,强化宣传引导,针对老年人的需求及其存在的问题加以改进,力求更好地为老年人服务,促进医养结合养老服务的健康可持续发展。
Objective To find out the problems in the development and implementation of the integrated medical care and elderly care service in Guangzhou by investigating the demand of the medical care and elderly care service,and improve the relevant strategies and measures according to local conditions,so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the medical care and elderly care service.Methods A total of 320 elderly people in Guangzhou were investigated by anonymous questionnaire with convenient sampling method.Data were entered by Excel software and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results Age,education level,monthly income,income source and living conditions were related to the elderly’s demand for medical care and elderly care services(P<0.05).The elderly’s self-care ability,health concern,understanding of the medical and nursing care service,whether they participate in relevant activities and satisfaction are also the influencing factors of the demand for the integrated medical and nursing care service(all P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that the education level,understanding level and satisfaction degree of the elderly had a significant impact on the elderly’s demand for medical care and elderly care services,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The most desirable elderly care service for the elderly is the rehabilitation service for serious illness(63.3%),and 58.3%of the elderly think that the cost of the elderly care service is high.Conclusion The elderly in Guangzhou have a high demand for the medical care and elderly care services.We should further strengthen the development of the medical care and elderly care services,strengthen publicity and guidance,improve the needs of the elderly and the existing problems,and strive to better serve the elderly and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the integrated medical care and elderly care services.
