摘要
为了提高断路器操动机构动态特性有限元仿真计算的精度,以某断路器为研究对象,在反力归算时考虑其转动式传动机构摩擦力的影响。引入接触力模型和摩擦圆对传动机构进行考虑摩擦力的受力分析,得到考虑摩擦力时归算至动铁心上的反力特性曲线。与未考虑摩擦力相比,机构动态特性的仿真结果与实际实验结果的偏差明显减小。
In order to improve the accuracy of finite element simulation calculation of the dynamic characteristics of the circuit breaker operating mechanism, the friction force influence of the rotating transmission mechanism is considered when solving the reaction force of the circuit breaker operating mechanism.The contact force model and friction circle are introduced to analyze the force of the transmission mechanism considering the friction, and the reaction force characteristic curve on the moving iron core considering the friction is obtained.Compared with the simulation results without considering the friction, the deviation between the simulation results of the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism and the actual experimental results is significantly reduced.
