摘要
目的:探讨安氏Ⅱ类1分类上气道形态与下颌骨形态的相关性。方法:选取2016~2022年于新疆医科大学第二附属医院口腔科就诊的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形患者204名,测量其上气道宽度与下颌形态相关测量指标,分析上气道宽度与下颌骨相关性。结果:SNB及SND与PNS-S、vel-ve2、phl-ph2呈正相关(P<0.01);CL与PNS-S、PNS-Aa、vel-ve2、phl-ph2呈正相关(P<0.01),与val-va2呈正相关(P<0.05);Y轴、FMA与phl-ph2呈负相关(P<0.05),其中FMA相关性更显著(P<0.01);L1-NB(°)、L1-NB(mm)与phl-ph2呈负相关(P<0.05),其中L1-NB(mm)相关性更显著(P<0.01)。结论:安氏Ⅱ类1分类上气道宽度与下颌骨形态有相关性。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the upper airway morphology and mandibular morphology of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion.Methods:Totally 204 patients with Class II division 1 malocclusion were selected from the Stomatology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2016 to 2022,and their upper airway width and mandibular morphology were measured.The correlation between upper airway width and mandibular morphology was analyzed.Results:SNB and SND were positively correlated with PNS-S,vel-ve2 and phl-ph2(P<0.01).CL was positively correlated with PNS-S,PNS-Aa, vel-ve2,phl-ph2(P<0.01)and val-va2(P<0.05).Y axis, FMA and phl-ph2 were negatively correlated(P<0.05),and FMA was more significantly correlated(P<0.01).L1-NB(°),L1-NB(mm)were negatively correlated with phl-ph2(P<0.05),and L1-NB(mm)was more significantly correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion:The width of upper airway in Class Ⅱ division 1 is related to the shape of mandible.
