摘要
近年来,越来越多高校采取大类招生培养模式,在“厚基础、宽口径”的原则下,实现学校内涵建设、提高人才培养质量。在此基础上,对学生管理和培养环节提出更高标准和要求,尤其以学生管理工作最为明显。本文在努力寻求新时代学生管理新模式基础上,分析大类培养和分流后存在的问题,结合工作实际,积极构建“4+3”复合型学生管理工作模式,并将该模式融入教学实践、科研、创新创业等工作中,进一步提高学生的综合素养,提升人才全方位综合发展水平。
In recent years,more and more colleges and universities adopt the mode of major enrollment,under the principle of“thick foundation,wide caliber”,to realize the connotation construction of the school and improve the quality of talent training.On this basis,higher standards and requirements are put forward for student management and training,especially for student management.In this paper,in an effort to seek new age student management model,based on the analysis of problems existing in the categories of culture and shunt,combined with the actual work,actively build the“4+3”compound student management mode,and integrate this mode into teaching practice,scientific research,innovation and entrepreneurship,further improve the comprehensive quality of students,enhance the all-round comprehensive development level of talents.
