摘要
随着国内垃圾焚烧电厂的不断兴建,大家越来越关注垃圾焚烧电厂整体的精细化运营管理,其工艺过程中各种物料的消耗是精细化管理的重要环节。本文通过光大环保能源(衢州)有限公司项目,在省煤器出口处基于傅里叶红外在线监测设备对原烟气的监测应用,针对原烟气监测设备的组成、傅里叶红外在线监测设备的测量原理、取样系统的优缺点分析、取样系统优化的必要性及优化方案等探讨了傅里叶红外设备在原烟气测量应用中的优势、对精细化运营管理带来的改变以及多点取样系统优化效果等内容。
With the construction of waste incineration power plants in full swing in China,each waste incineration power plant begins to pay more attention to the fi ne operation management of the whole power plant,among which the consumption of various materials in the process is an important link in the fi ne management.In this paper,through the application of the original fl ue gas monitoring based on Fourier infrared online monitoring equipment at the outlet of the economizer of Everbright Environmental Protection Energy(Quzhou)Co.,Ltd.,according to the composition of the original fl ue gas monitoring equipment,Fourier infrared measurement principle,sampling system advantages and disadvantages analysis,sampling system optimization necessity and optimization scheme and other aspects to discuss the advantages of Fourier infrared equipment in the original fl ue gas measurement application,to fi ne operation management brought about some changes,multi-point sampling system optimization effect and so on.
