半导体激光联合树脂暂基托行唇、颊系带修整及前庭沟加深术在全口义齿修复中的应用 被引量:6

Application of semiconductor laser combined with resin temporary base for lip and buccal frenulum trimming and vestibular furrow deepening in complete denture restoration

摘要 目的探讨半导体激光联合树脂暂基托(过渡性义齿)行唇、颊系带修整术在全口义齿修复中的应用效果。方法选取于2020年3月至2022年1月就诊于衡水市人民医院口腔正畸修复科的牙槽嵴条件差,伴唇、颊系带附着位置过高的无牙颌患者100例,将其分为两组:实验组(激光联合树脂暂基托治疗后,全口义齿修复组),对照组(术前全口义齿修复组),各50例。采用临床疗效、固位稳定效果、咀嚼效率、口腔健康影响程度-EDENT量表、不良反应发生情况等观察指标评价治疗效果。结果实验组患者的固位稳定效果、咀嚼效率、口腔健康影响程度、语言功能评分为(9.40±0.44)、(8.71±0.54)、(8.38±0.60)、(9.56±0.33)分,均明显高于对照组[(7.14±0.87)、(7.50±0.42)、(7.11±0.75)、(7.22±0.67)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组(78.00%),不良反应发生率为6.00%,明显低于对照组(26.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于牙槽嵴条件差,伴唇、颊系带附着位置过高的无牙颌,在全口义齿修复前,采用半导体激光联合树脂暂基托(过渡性义齿)行唇、颊系带修整术可提高临床疗效,相对增加口腔前庭沟的深度,改善神经-肌肉-颞下颌关节-咬合的动态平衡,为牙列缺失患者修复前提供良好的口腔环境,有利于患者口腔功能的恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of semi-conductor laser combined with resin temporary base(transitional denture)in lip and buccal lacustrine repair of complete denture.Methods One hundred edentulous patients with poor alveolar ridge condition and high attachment position of lip and buccal bands were selected in the Department of Orthodontic Restoration of Hengshui People’s Hospital from March 2020 to January 2022.The effects of full denture restoration before and after operation were studied by self-comparison method,and they were divided into two groups:the experimental group(laser combined with resin temporary base treatment,complete denture restoration group)and the control group(preoperative complete denture restoration group),50 cases in each group.Clinical efficacy,retention stability,masticatory efficiency,oral health impact-EDENT scale,adverse reactions and other indicators were used to evaluate the treatment effect.Results The retention stability effect,chewing efficiency,oral health impact degree and language function scores of the experimental group were(9.40±0.44),(8.71±0.54),(8.38±0.60),(9.56±0.33)points,which were significantly higher than those of the control group[(7.14±0.87),(7.50±0.42),(7.11±0.75),(7.22±0.67)points],the differences were significantly significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.00%),the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.00%),the differences were significantly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In condition of alveolar ridge is poor,with lip and cheek with attached toothless jaw position too high,in front of the denture restoration,using semiconductor laser in combination with resin temporary underpinning(transitional dentures)line of lip and cheek with dressing technique can improve the clinical curative effect,the depth of the relative increase of oral vestibular sulcus,improve the nerve-muscle-the temporomandibular joint-dynamic balance of the occlusion,provide a good oral environment for patients with dentition loss before restoration is conducive to the recovery of oral function.
