摘要
数字技术的快速发展推动会计领域发生重大变革,掌握扎实的会计基础知识体系、熟悉新兴技术在会计领域应用的管理型会计技术技能人才日益受到用人单位的青睐。在经济社会发展和职业教育进入新发展阶段的双重背景下,通过对会计人才培养体系开展研究发现:要发挥专升本联合培养的积极意义和作用,相关院校要从机构设置、人才培养、课程开设、学生归属和师资建设等方面着手采取措施。
The rapid development of digital technology has promoted drastic changes in the field of accounting, and talents who have mastered a solid basic accounting knowledge system and are familiar with the application of emerging technologies in the accounting field are increasingly favored by employers. Under the dual background of economic and social development and vocational education entering a new development stage, through the research on the training system of accounting talents, it is found that to give play to the positive significance and role of joint training from junior college to undergraduate, relevant colleges and universities should take measures from the aspects of institutional setting, talent training, course offering, student ownership and teacher building.
