摘要
本文主要介绍在大型交变盐雾试验室中对温度、相对湿度等过程参数进行实时监测与控制的系统设计,重点阐述了大型交变盐雾试验室的监控系统的构成、人机交互界面系统和测控系统。该监控系统实现了对大型交变盐雾试验室双室体(盐雾室和湿热室)的监视、控制及对试验剖面的设置运行等功能,达到一体化控制的效果。可为交变盐雾试验等大型试验设备的软件系统设计提供参考。
This paper mainly introduces the system design of real-time monitoring and control of temperature,relative humidity and other process parameters in the large-scale alternating salt spray laboratory,and focuses on the composition of the monitoring system,humancomputer interaction interface system and monitoring and control system in the largescale alternating salt spray laboratory.The monitoring system realizes the monitoring and control of the double chambers(salt spray chamber and damp heat chamber)of the largescale alternating salt spray laboratory,as well as the setting and operation of the test profile,achieving the effect of integrated control.It can provide reference for software system design of large-scale test equipment such as alternating salt spray test.
