摘要
目的 探析老年高血压性心脏病应用彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床效果。方法 选择山东省高唐县人民医院收治的老年高血压性心脏病患者70例作为观察组,选择健康体检者70例作为对照组,两组入选时间均为2019年4月—2020年4月,均接受心电图、彩色多普勒超声检查。比较两种检查方式在左室肥厚、左房增大、主动脉弹性减退、主动脉扩张等情况的检出率;测定两组的左房内径、左房内径/主动脉内径、E/A以及射血分数等指标。结果 观察组患者采用彩色多普勒超声检查出左室肥厚、左房增大检出率明显高于心电图检查检出率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组左房内径、左房内径/主动脉内径、E/A相比于对照组更高,观察组的射血分数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年高血压性心脏病患者接受彩色多普勒超声检查具有较高的临床检出率,可对患者的心脏情况进行准确了解,对于后续诊疗工作开展具有良好指导作用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of elderly hypertensive heart disease. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with hypertensive heart disease in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 70 healthy people were selected as the control group. The two groups were selected from April 2019 to April 2020,and both received ECG and color Doppler ultrasound examination. The detection rates of left ventricular hypertrophy,left atrial enlargement,aortic hypoelasticity and aortic dilatation were compared between the two methods;left atrial diameter,left atrial diameter/aortic diameter,E/A and ejection fraction in the two groups were measured. Results The detection rate of left ventricular hypertrophy and left atrial enlargement by color Doppler ultrasound of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those by ECG,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The left atrial diameter,left atrial diameter/aortic diameter and E/A of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the ejection fraction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with hypertensive heart disease receiving color Doppler ultrasound had a high clinical detection rate,which could accurately understand the heart condition of patients,and had a good guiding role for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment.
