摘要
未设置伸缩缝的地下超长混凝土结构,需要进行温度应力分析和配筋设计,以避免混凝土在温度应力作用下受拉而出现严重开裂的现象。为探求降低地下超长结构温度应力、减少所需温度应力配筋量的方法,本文提出一种对地下超长隧道结构设置加强带的方式,讨论设置加强带对结构温度应力的影响。结果表明:横加强带的设置使得加强带处的温度应力骤降,但隧道结构的最大拉应力和平均应力分别增大29%和27%;对于设置横加强带的隧道结构模型,对加强带施加的约束越强,隧道结构整体的温度应力响应越大;在隧道横截面中部设纵向加强带,影响表现为隧道结构两端的压应力范围增大;在隧道横截面角部设纵向加强带,影响表现为隧道结构两端处角部路径的最大拉应力降低16%。
The underground ultra-long concrete structure without expansion joints needs to be subjected to temperature stress analysis and reinforcement design to avoid serious cracking of concrete under the action of temperature stress.In order to explore the method of reducing the temperature stress of the underground ultra-long structure and reducing the number of reinforced bars required,proposes a method to set the reinforcement strips for the underground ultra-long tunnel structure,and discusses the influence of the reinforcement strips on the structural temperature stress.The results show that the temperature stress at the reinforcement strips is suddenly reduced by the setting of the lateral reinforcement strips,but the maximum tensile stress and the average stress of the tunnel structure are increased by 29%and 27%,respectively.For the tunnel structure model with the cross reinforcement strips,the stronger the binding force applied to the reinforcement strips,the greater the overall temperature stress response of the tunnel structure;A longitudinal reinforcement strips is set up in the middle of the tunnel cross-section,which is manifested as the increase in the compressive stress range at both ends of the tunnel structure;The longitudinal reinforcement strips is provided at the corner of the cross-section of the tunnel,and the effect is manifested by a 16%reduction in the maximum tensile stress of the corner path at both ends of the tunnel structure.
