摘要
以白沙克及长枝木霉粉剂为主要实验材料,设置了YCK(0%)、YA(1%)、YB(2%)、YC(3%)4种处理,研究4个梯度浓度梯度试验,探究了长枝木霉对芸豆盆栽条件下的农艺性状及产量构成因素。盆栽试验结果表明,4个试验处理中YC处理的农艺性状表现最优,芸豆的产量及其构成因素也在YC处理达到最高值。由此可知,芸豆的农艺性状及产量随菌种比浓度的升高而升高,木霉菌处理对芸豆生长及产量均有一定的促进作用,但根据数据显示浓度不宜过高,3%浓度为最佳处理。
Four treatments,YCK(0%),YA(1%),YB(2%)and YC(3%),were set up with white shak and Trichoderma longiformis powder as the main experimental materials.Four gradient concentration gradient tests were conducted to explore the agronomic characters and yield components of Trichoderma longiformis on phaseolus vulgarism under potted conditions.The results of pot experiment showed that among the four experimental treatments,YC treatment had the best performance of agronomic traits,and the yield and components of kidney bean also reached the highest value under YC treatment.It can be seen that the agronomic traits and yield of phaseolus vulgarism increased with the increase of strain ratio concentration.Tricho⁃derma treatment can promote the growth and yield of phaseolus vulgarism to a certain extent,but according to the data,the con⁃centration should not be too high,3%concentration is the best treatment.
