摘要
目的探讨改良全密闭式持续膀胱冲洗装置应用于前列腺电切术患者的护理效果。方法将武汉经济技术开发区(汉南区)人民医院2020年2月-2021年3月期间136例前列腺电切术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组68例,给予传统膀胱冲洗;观察组68例,给予改良全密闭式持续膀胱冲洗装置冲洗。观察2组冲洗情况、止血及康复情况、不良反应及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组舒适度(83.82%)、美观整洁(95.59%)、无血臭味(100.00%)、方便计量(100.00%)、稳定性好(88.24%)占比均高于对照组(41.18%,75.00%,0.00%,7.35%、33.82%)(P<0.05);观察组冲洗液量、术后出血量均小于对照组,尿液转清时间、留置尿管时间、下地时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(4.41%)低于对照组(14.70%)(P<0.05),观察组患者对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良全密闭式持续膀胱冲洗装置应用于前列腺电切术后可有效改善冲洗情况及止血状况,降低不良反应,从而促进患者康复,提升护理满意度,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of the improved fully enclosed continuous bladder irrigation device applied to patients undergoing prostatectomy.MethodsBetween February 2020 and March 2021 in our hospital,136 patients undergoing prostate resection were divided into control groups according to the random number table method,68 patients were given traditional bladder irrigation,and 68 patients in the observation group were given modified fully enclosed Continuous flushing of the bladder flushing device,observation of flushing,hemostasis and rehabilitation,adverse reactions and satisfaction with nursing work in the two groups.ResultsThe observation group's comfort(83.82%),beautiful and clean(95.59%),no blood odor(100.00%),convenient measurement(100.00%),and good stability(88.24%)are higher than the control group(41.18%,75.00%,0.00%,7.35%,33.82%)(P<0.05);the amount of flushing fluid and postoperative bleeding in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,the urine clearing time,the indwelling catheter time,the time spent in the field and the hospitalization The time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.41%)was lower than that of the control group(14.70%)(P<0.05),and the patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with nursing work than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of the improved fully enclosed continuous bladder irrigation device after transprostate resection can effectively improve the irrigation and hemostasis,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,thereby promote recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth learning from clinical nursing.
