摘要
针对煤矿刮板输送机永磁直驱系统的电机转速超调和负载突变导致转矩波动较大等问题,通过分析刮板输送机力学特性,建立了机电耦合模型,在同步旋转坐标系下将一种非线性光滑函数应用于电流自抗扰控制器中,仿真分析不同载荷工况对电机的转速和转矩的影响。结果表明,该机电耦合模型相较于传统的模型更加接近实际工况,相比于传统PI控制,改进型自抗扰控制策略在电机空载时启动转矩降低25%,满载运行时突加负载转速波动率为12.5%,仅为PI控制下电机转速波动率的50%,大幅降低转矩波动和电机转速超调。
This paper attempts to address the big torque ripple problem caused by motor speed overdrive and load mutation in the permanent magnet direct drive system of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized coal mining. The study includes analyzing mechanical characteristics of the scraper conveyor;establishing a mechanical and electrical coupling model;applyzing a nonlinear smooth function to current active disturbance rejection controller in synchronous rotating coordinate system;and simulating and analyzing the speed and torque of the motor under different load conditions. The results show that compared with the traditional model, the electromechanical coupling model is closer to actual working conditions;compared with the traditional PI control, the improved active disturbance rejection control strategy reduces the starting torque of the motor by 25% with the no-load motor, and the speed fluctuation of the load is 12.5% with the fully loaded motor, which is only 50% of the motor speed fluctuation under the PI control, as which greatly reduces torque fluctuation and motor speed overshoot.
