高频超声在乳腺肿块鉴别诊断中的应用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨高频超声在乳腺肿块鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年5月本院收治的乳腺肿块患者96例,所有患者均行高频超声检测,以病理学检测为金标准,评估高频超声检测对乳腺肿块性质鉴别诊断的准确性和灵敏度;比较良、恶性肿块血流情况及影像学特征。结果 高频超声检测结果显示96例乳腺肿块患者中良性肿块72例,恶性肿块24例,其对乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别评估敏感度、特异度及准确率分别为98.55%、85.19%、94.79%;良、恶性肿块患者超声影像下形态、边界、内部回声、后方回声、钙化情况、纵横比、血流最大流速以及血流阻力指数组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高频超声对乳腺肿块良恶性评估的准确性和灵敏度均较高,对乳腺肿块的鉴别诊断有一定临床应用价值。
