摘要 Starlink低轨卫星星座发展迅速,在民用和军事上具有广泛的应用前景。首先总结梳理了Starlink卫星的空间段和地面段、频率规划和通信机制等基本情况,并通过理论和仿真分析表明Starlink用户终端具有比传统用户终端更好的品质因数,最大误码率为2.6×10-6量级;其次通过分析端星切换策略及性能得到,Starlink已可实现对服务用户的不间断无缝连接,但存在切换频繁、信令开销大的问题;再次分析了导致用户速率波动的几个因素;最后从轻量化传输协议、去中心化网络架构、混合切换策略和系统资源分配等方面给出了针对我国低轨互联网建设的几点思考。 The Starlink low earth orbit(LEO) satellite constellation is growing rapidly and has a wide range of promising applications in both the civilian and military sectors. This paper first summarizes and composes the basic information about the space segment and ground segment, frequency planning and communication mechanism of Starlink satellites, and indicates through theoretical and simulation analysis that Starlink user terminals have better G/T than conventional user terminals, and its maximum BER is in the scale of 2.6×10-6;Then, by analyzing the end satellite handover strategy and its performance, it is proved that Starlink can achieve seamless and uninterrupted connection to service users, but there are problems such as frequent handover and high signaling overhead;Then, several factors that cause the fluctuation of user rate are analyzed;Finally, several considerations are given for the construction of LEO satellite Internet of China from the aspects of lightweight transmission protocol, decentralized network architecture, hybrid handover strategy and system resource allocation.
