摘要
高校学生资助工作是一项重要的保民生、暖民心工程,关系教育公平的实现,关乎家庭经济困难学生的全面发展,加强高校精准资助政策实施至关重要。当前高校精准资助政策实施过程中,面临资助理念发展滞后、资助模式相对单一、政策宣传教育不足、资助机制尚未健全等现实困境。需结合高校实际情况,通过改进资助理念、丰富资助模式、强化宣传教育、健全资助机制等对策,贯彻落实国家“发展教育脱贫一批”的战略举措,促进贫困学生的健康成长和发展,助力国家打赢脱贫攻坚战。
College student financial aid is an important project to protect the people and warm the hearts of the people. It is related to the realization of educational equity and the all-round development of students with financial difficulties. It is very important to strengthen the implementation of precise financial aid policy in colleges and universities. At present, in the process of implementing the precise subsidy policy, colleges and universities are faced with practical difficulties, such as unscientific subsidy policy, lagging development of subsidy concept, relatively single subsidy mode, insufficient policy publicity and education, and imperfect subsidy mechanism. In combination with the actual situation of colleges and universities, we need to implement the national strategic measures of “developing a group of poor students through education” by improving the subsidy policy, improving the subsidy concept, enriching the subsidy mode, strengthening publicity and education and improving the subsidy mechanism, so as to promote the healthy growth and development of poor students and help the country win the battle against poverty.
