摘要
针对某大排量摩托车发动机在运行过程中的噪声问题,绘制了发动机传动系统噪声来源鱼骨图,排查了制造装配模式、精度公差设计、零部件共振模态等因素,分析了齿轮缓冲结构的作用机制。最终通过分析弹簧缓冲与离合器以及发动机怠速扭矩之间的作用关系,确定了离合器缓冲的设计缺陷。对齿轮缓冲进行设计优化,在增设二次补气装置的同时改进了电喷标定,有效提升了发动机噪声表现。
Aiming at the problem of excessive noise in the operation of a large displacement motorcycle engine, the fishbone diagram of the noise source of the engine transmission system is drawn, the factors such as manufacturing and assembly mode, precision tolerance design, resonance mode of parts and components are checked, and the mechanism of the gear buffer structure is analyzed. Finally, the design defect of clutch buffer is determined by analyzing the relationship between spring buffer and clutch and engine idle torque. The design of gear buffer is optimized, and the secondary air supply device is added, and the EFI calibration is improved, so that the fault problem can be effectively solved.
