Objective To explore the effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide on serum immune factors and lung function of children with asthma with respiratory virus infection. Methods A total of 96 children with asthma with respiratory virus infection admitted to Dongguan Humen Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as study objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Budesonide atomizing inhalation, while the study group was treated with atomizing inhalation with Montelukast combined with Budesonide. The changes of lung function and level of serum immune factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the peak expiratory flow rate, forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Montelukast combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children asthma with respiratory virus infection can improve lung function and level of serum immune factors.
