摘要
目前多肽药物给药方式大部分为注射给药,需要长期注射的药物给患者带来恐惧和局疼痛,降低了患者的顺应性。开发非注射给药方式成为多肽药物研究的热点。本文对非注射多肽类药物的开发研究进展作一综述。
At present,most of the polypeptide drug administration methods are injection administration,and requiring long-term injection brings fear and local pain to the patient,which reduces the compliance of the patient.The development of non-injection administration methods has become a hotspot in the study of polypeptide drugs.This paper reviews the development of non-injectable polypeptides.
