摘要
针对板式家具行业开料作业时低效率、高人工成本以及板材高消耗的问题,设计了一款全自动化数控开料单元。单元采用拨料机自动拨料、板件自动化传输与加工、机械手自主下料与物料分配,保证板件全自动、不间断加工,极大地提高生产效率,节约人工成本。通过提高贴标系统效率,对比原有模式减少1台贴标设备,实现设备成本节约。通过对余料板件识别回收、废料板件自动传输,实现板材的二次利用及废料处理。同时,采用“PLC+工控机”的控制模式,对单元进行控制系统设计,满足全自动化、高效率需求。全自动化数控开料单元经过设计与内部测试,投放于国内外众多家具厂使用,在加工效率、单元运行稳定性等方面达都到了预定指标。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labor cost and high plate consumption in panel furniture industry,a fully automatic CNC cutting unit is designed.The unit adopts the automatic material pulling of the material pulling machine,the automatic transmission and processing of the plates,and the independent material cutting and material distribution of the manipulator to ensure the full-automatic and uninterrupted processing of the plates,which greatly improves the production efficiency and saves the labor cost.By upgrading the efficiency of the labeling system,one labeling device is reduced compared with the original mode to achieve equipment cost savings.Through the identification and recycling of residual materials and the automatic transmission of waste materials,the secondary utilization of plates and waste disposal can be realized.At the same time,the control mode of"PLC+Industrial Control Computer"is adopted to design the control system of the unit to meet the requirements of full automation and high efficiency.The fully automatic CNC cutting unit has been designed and tested internally,and has been put into operation in many furniture factories at home and abroad.It has achieved the expected indicators in terms of processing efficiency,unit operation stability.
