摘要
[研究目的]通过梳理英国私营情报调查机构“摇铃猫”的开源情报调查活动,对新方法的应用效果进行评析,从而更好地理解基于网络的开源情报调查方法的发展趋势和应用前景。[研究方法]采用文献分析法和案例分析相结合方法,研究其独特的调查模式与分析方法,论述基于网络的开源情报调查方法的主要特点和应用场景。[研究结论]“摇铃猫”创新发展的基于网络的开源情报调查方法是情报工作与时俱进的具体体现,契合开源情报工作未来转型的趋势,具有很高的现实价值。其创新运用众筹模式开展调查,综合运用新技术新工具进行分析,第一时间在线发布报告,与媒体合作扩大影响的研究方法值得研究借鉴。
[Research purpose]By reviewing the open source intelligence investigation activities of the British private intelligence investigation agency Bellingcat,we evaluate the effectiveness of the new methods so as to understand the development trend and application prospects of the web-based open source intelligence investigation methods thoroughly.[Research method]Using a combination of literature analysis and case study methods,we investigate its unique investigation models and analysis methods,and discuss the main features and application scenarios of the web-based open source intelligence investigation method.[Research conclusion]The innovative web-based open source intelligence survey method developed by Bellingcat is a concrete manifestation of intelligence work keeping pace with the times,and is in line with the trend of future transformation of open source intelligence work,which has high practical value.It innovatively utilizes crowdfunding model for investigation,comprehensively uses new technologies and tools for analysis,issues reports online first time,and cooperates with the media to expand the impact of research methods,which is worth studying and learning.
