摘要
随着多地新冠肺炎疫情的反复,网络教学已经成为当前学校教学开展的重要形式。该文采用文献检索、问卷调查、专家访谈和对比实验等研究方法,以结果导向理论为指导思想,探讨在居家条件下,高校学生如何进行体能训练以缓解疫情居家学习所带来的负面情绪。以体能为核心,对学生身心健康、社会适应力和学生动态化、个性化的体质健康管理手段进行积极构建,以提升居家条件下的高校学生身心健康水平。
With the repeated COVID-19 epidemic in many places, online teaching has become an important form of school teaching. This paper uses research methods such as literature search, questionnaire survey, expert interview and comparative experiment, takes result-oriented theory as the fundamental guiding ideology, explores how college students can carry out physical training at home to alleviate the negative emotions brought about by home learning during the the epidemic, and actively build students’ physical and mental health, social adaptability,and students’ dynamic and personalized physical health management methods with physical fitness as the core, so as to improve the physical and mental health level of college students at home.
