摘要
电梯制动器是保证电梯安全运行的重要部件,其性能好坏直接决定着整机的安全,一旦制动器失效,就直接危及到乘客的生命安全。闸瓦式电梯制动器是一种比较常见的电梯制动器,包含制动轮和闸瓦2大核心部件,其受力情况会对制动效果产生重要影响,故有必要对制动器进行力学特征分析。文中通过对电梯系统进行适当的简化,并以永磁同步曳引机为例,分析电梯正常停止与紧急制动时,闸瓦式制动器制动力矩变化,并在紧急制动情况下,利用有限元方法对制动器上的制动轮与闸瓦进行力学特征进行分析,得到制动轮与闸瓦应力的变化规律以及制动力矩与闸瓦最大应变的关系,为制动器的安全性能研究提供依据。
Elevator brake is an important component to ensure the safe operation of the elevator,and its performance directly determines the safety of the elevator.Once the brake fails,it will directly endanger the safety of passengers.Brake shoe elevator brake is a common actuator,which is mainly composed of brake wheel and brake shoe.Their stress will have an important impact on the braking effect,so it is necessary to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the brake.By properly simplifying the elevator system,taking the permanent magnet synchronous traction machine as an example,the change of brake torque of brake shoe brake during normal stop and emergency braking of elevator is analyzed.In the case of emergency braking,the mechanical characteristics of brake wheel and brake shoe on the brake are analyzed by finite element method,and the change law of brake wheel and brake shoe stress and the relationship between brake torque and maximum strain of brake shoe are obtained,which provides a basis for the future research of brake safety performance.
