摘要
教学活动分为施教和受教两个方面,缺其一则不能实现,在学生眼中,高质量教学即是“好的教学”。从教学供给的角度,“好的教学”要具备显著的教学魅力、专业的教学素养、良好的师生互动等特征。基于学生的成长和收获,“好的教学”要具备课程质量高、教学师资优、教学环境好、实用性强等特征。学生需要的高质量体育教学包含“务实、高质、创新、内掘”四种特质,并且要持续性关注学生的需求,维持学生需求与教育供给的动态平衡。
Teaching activities can be divided into teaching and receiving.Without one of them,it cannot be realized.In the eyes of students,high-quality teaching is“good teaching”.From the perspective of teaching supply,“good teaching”should have significant teaching charm,professional teaching quality,good teacher-student interaction and other characteristics.Based on the growth and harvest of students,“good teaching”should have the characteristics of high curriculum quality,excellent teaching teachers,good teaching environment and strong practicality.The high-quality physical education teaching that students need includes four characteristics of“pragmatism,high quality,innovation,and excavation”,and should continue to pay attention to the needs of students to maintain the dynamic balance between students’demand and education supply.
