摘要
为了研究粒径、干燥温度对市政污泥干燥特性的影响,采用恒温干燥的方式对粒径<10 mm污泥颗粒的干燥性能进行实验研究。结果表明,粒径为3~10 mm的污泥颗粒在恒温干燥过程中无破碎现象稳定浓缩,干燥至恒定的时间和干基含水率与粒径大小成正比;粒径<3 mm的污泥颗粒由于吸附水的相互吸附作用形成团聚,对恒温干燥过程呈负面影响。当污泥颗粒粒径一致,干燥至恒重时,干燥温度与时间、干基含水率和挥发分含量成反比。粒径<10 mm的污泥颗粒最佳干燥条件为恒温温度105℃,污泥颗粒粒径3~4 mm。
In order to study the effects of particle size and drying temperature on the drying characteristics of municipal sludge,the drying performance of sludge particles with particle size less than 10 mm is experimentally studied by constant temperature drying.The results show that sludge particles with particle size of 3~10 mm has no crushing phenomenon and concentrate stably in the process of constant temperature drying,and the drying time to constant and the moisture content of dry basis are directly proportional to the particle size.The sludge particles with particle size less than 3 mm can form agglomeration due to the interaction of adsorbed water.The agglomeration of the sludge particles has a negative impact on the constant temperature drying process.When the same particle size of sludge particle size is the same and dried dry to constant weight,the drying temperature is inversely proportional to dry time,dry basis moisture content and volatile content.The optimum drying conditions for sludge particles with particle size less than 10 mm are constant temperature 105℃and sludge particle size 3~4 mm.
