超声萃取-气相色谱法测定土壤中可萃取性石油烃的关键环节研究 被引量:1

Research on the Key to the Determination of Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons(C_(10)~C_(40))in Soil by Ultrasonic Extraction-GC-FID Analysis

摘要 针对土壤中可萃取性石油烃(C_(10)~C_(40))的检测方法,研究了样品提取和净化等样品处理中的关键环节。以正己烷/丙酮(5+3)为萃取剂,通过超声萃取方式提取石油烃类;在净化步骤中,用溶剂置换的方式代替水洗萃取去除丙酮,并采用铜粒进行脱硫处理。结果表明,方法的检出限为1.5 mg/kg,精密度2.9%~9.6%,加标回收率86.4%~106%。该方法降低了丙酮的使用量,简化了分析流程,提升了检测效率,可以实现针对大批量土壤样品的快速检测;通过使用可回收的铜粒等方式,节约了分析成本;方法操作流程简单,易于推广,可快速的为场地调查工作中石油烃污染状况提供准确结果。 Analytical method for determination of the extractable petroleum hydrocarbons(C_(10)~C_(40))in the soil was optimized in this paper.Pretreatment steps including extraction and purification were thoroughly explored.The results suggest that hexane/acetone(5+3)can be used to effectively extract the target hydrocarbons in the soil samples by ultrasonic processer with probe.Acetone can then be successfully removed by rotary evaporator during solvent evaporation instead of being extracted by water which simplified the purification step.Cupper powder which was traditionally added to remove sulfide in the soil sample can be replaced by cupper particle for convenient handling and recycle purpose.The determination limit of this method is 1.5 mg/kg.The precision is 2.8%~9.5%and the recovery of the soil samples with added standards is 84.6%~106%.Less acetone is required in this method compared to the standard operation.The procedure was simplified for high efficiency of analyzing large quantities of soil samples and can be easily practiced in most analytical labs.Cupper particle used in this method can be recycled for future use to reduce the cost.The research results can provide a quick and reliable method for investigation work of petroleum hydrocarbons contamination of land for construction.
