摘要
新疆油田集输管道分布分散、流动情况复杂,开展检测与完整性评价等工作十分繁杂。开展油气田集输管道完整性管理效能评价方法研究,建立油气集输管道完整性管理效能评价体系,对增加新疆油田生产效率、效益、效能具有重要科研意义。基于国内外效能评价相关标准,分析各标准在油田的适用性,从效能测试及综合效能评价两个方面建立油气田管道完整性管理效能评价体系。油气田集输管道的综合效能评价分为数据管理、高后果区识别、风险评价、管道腐蚀评价、腐蚀防护、管道失效评估、地质灾害评价、管道安全运行评价、风险控制及综合管理等工作,优化选取出相应的效能评价指标,以提高管道在运行过程中的效益,从而为管道效能评价标准建立技术支持和借鉴。
The distribution of gathering and transmission pipelines in Xinjiang Oilfield is scattered and the flow is complex,so it is very complex to carry out detection and integrity evaluation.It is of great scientific significance to carry out the research on the evaluation method of integrity management efficiency for oil and gas gathering and transmission pipeline,and establish the evaluation system of integrity management efficiency of oil and gas gathering and transmission pipeline to increase the production efficiency,benefit and efficiency of Xinjiang Oilfield.Based on the relevant standards of efficiency evaluation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the applicability of each standard in the oilfield,and establishes the efficiency evaluation system of oil and gas field pipeline integrity management from two aspects of efficiency test and comprehensive efficiency evaluation.The comprehensive efficiency evaluation of oil and gas field gathering and transmission pipeline is divided into data management,high consequence area identification,risk evaluation,pipeline corrosion evaluation,corrosion protection,pipeline failure evaluation,geological disaster evaluation,pipeline safe operation evaluation,risk control and comprehensive management,and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and select the corresponding efficiency evaluation indexes so as to improve the efficiency of the pipeline in the operation process,and thus establish technical support and reference for pipeline efficiency evaluation standard.
