摘要
研究了航空发动机混合陶瓷轴承摩擦副Si_(3)N_(4)-GCr15的滑动磨失效机理。利用试验机进行了油润滑中的滑动磨损试验,并对摩擦副的表面磨损情况进行了微观表征。结果表明,油润滑中Si_(3)N_(4)-GCr15摩擦副的磨损失效机理为磨粒磨损、粘着磨损和疲劳磨损。混合参数Sdq可以准确反映Si_(3)N_(4)-GCr15摩擦副的微观形貌变化情况。利用ABAQUS2016软件模拟了摩擦副在磨损中的应力分布,发现当Si_(3)N_(4)球在循环应力的作用下与GCr15盘相互摩擦时,在人工凹坑的边缘区域出现了应力集中现象,加速了磨损进程。
The sliding wear failure mechanism of the Si_(3)N_(4)-GCr15 friction pair of aero-engine hybrid ceramic bearing was studied.The sliding wear test of oil lubrication was carried out by using the testing machine,and the surface wear of the friction pair was characterized by the microscope.The results show that the wear failure mechanisms of the Si_(3)N_(4)-GCr15 sliding friction pair under oil lubrication are adhesive wear,abrasive wear,and fatigue wear.The hybrid parameter Sdq can accurately reflect the change of the microstructure of the Si_(3)N_(4)-GCr15 friction pair.Abaqus 2016 software was used to simulate the stress distribution of Si_(3)N_(4)-GCr15 friction pair during wear.It was found that when the Si_(3)N_(4)ball and GCr15 disc rub against each other under the action of cyclic stress,the stress concentration phenomenon appeared in the edge area of the artificial pit,which accelerated the wear process.
