摘要
利用焊件功能初步设计的同时模拟加工,装配体的功能可以模拟围堰侧板安装,针对围堰的使用环境和受力情况同时考虑加工的便捷性,不断深化、优化设计,最终选出受力合理、结构简单、易于加工安装的双壁围堰设计及加工方案,成功地将4个总计约1500 t的双壁钢吊箱围堰施工工期压缩至2个月。经过实践证明,SolidWorks设计软件不仅仅局限于机械设计,在道路工程钢结构设计中同样可以提高设计、施工的效率,为后续公路工程临时钢结构设计提供了新的思路和工具。
The function of the assembly can simulate the installation of cofferdam side plate by using the preliminary design of weldment function and simulation processing. In view of the working environment and stress conditions of the cofferdam, considering the convenience of processing, constantly deepening and optimizing the design, and finally selecting the design and processing scheme of the double-wall cofferdam with reasonable force, simple structure and easy processing and installation, it successfully compressed the construction period of4 double-wall steel hanging box cofferdams totaling about 1 500 t to 2 months. It has been proved by practice that SolidWorks design software is not only limited to mechanical design, but also can improve the efficiency of design and construction in the design of steel structure of road engineering, providing new ideas and tools for the subsequent temporary steel structure design of highway engineering.
