生态立体水网概念探讨与实践应用——以济南市为例 被引量:3

摘要 面向国家水网建设需求,以水网理论为基础,提出了生态立体水网的概念,并分析了其特征。以山东省济南市为例,在前期研究基础上,提出了济南市生态立体水网架构,构建了集多水源多用户水资源优化配置、雨洪水生态调度、地下水回灌补源和生态保护、河湖多水源生态补水与水生态环境保护等功能于一体的生态立体水网,总结了立体水网的功能、解决的关键技术问题和实践效果。 Considering the needs of building national water network,the concept of ecological threedimensional water network is examined based on the theory of water network,and its characteristics are analyzed.Taking Jinan City in Shandong Province as an example,the structure of ecological threedimensional water network of Jinan City is proposed on the basis of previous studies,which forms an ecological three-dimensional water network that integrates functions of optimal water allocation from multiple sources and users,ecological regulation of rainwater and floodwater,groundwater recharge and ecological protection,water diversion for ecology from multiple sources of rivers and lakes,and aquatic environment conservation.The functions,key technologies and practical results of three-dimensional water network are summarized.
