摘要
目的通过数据挖掘对近20年中药复方防治气虚血瘀型糖尿病的疗程、用药特点等进行归纳分析。方法通过中国知网、万方数据、维普中文期刊服务平台等检索中药复方(口服)治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病的临床文献,采用Excel 2013、SPSS Statistics 21.0、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、Graphpad prime 8.0及Cytoscape 3.7.1软件进行频数统计、关联规则分析和聚类分析等。结果共筛选出166首中药复方,其中经典方剂主要包括补阳还五汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤、当归补血汤等,在纳入的166首中药复方中共包含157味中药,频次≥30的中药共16味,以补虚药和活血化瘀药为主,药性以甘、苦、辛为主,药味以温、微寒为主,归经以肝经、膀胱经、心经、脾经为主,通过关联规则分析获关联较高的药物组合为黄芪-当归、当归-川芎、黄芪-川芎等,聚类分析将药物分为4类。结论为防治气虚血瘀型糖尿病中药新药的研发提供依据。
Objective Through the use of data mining methods to explore the treatment and medication characteristics of Chinese herbal compound prescription in the prevention and treatment of diabetes with blood stasis due to Qi deficiency in the past 20 years.Method:Retrieval of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions(oral)for the treatment of blood stasis due to Qi deficiency in clinical experience prescriptions,new drug research,and patents,based on clinical research papers such as CNKI,WanFang Data,and China Science and Technology Journal Database.Use Excel 2013,SPSS Statistics 21.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,Graphpad prime 8.0 and Cytoscape 3.7.1 software for frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results 166 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions were obtained.Classical prescriptions mainly include Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,Danggui Buxue Decoction,etc.All compound prescriptions contain 157 Chinese medicines,And 16 herbs with frequency was more than 30%,and mainly tonifying and replenishing medicinal and blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal.The medicinal properties were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,and the flavour were mainly warm,slightly cold.The main meridians were the liver,bladder meridian,spleen and heart.Through association rule analysis,Huangqi-Danggui,Danggui-Chuanxiong and Huangqi-Chuanxiong have a higher degree of support.Four drug categories were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Provide a basis for the research and development of new Chinese medicines for the prevention and treatment of diabetes with blood stasis due to Qi deficiency.
